Fripp
Island Amenities
Why
is Fripp Island real estate so prized? Because Fripp Island
has so much to offer. It's pristine, private and located
in the heart of South Carolina's Lowcountry. Surrounded
by the warm rivers of the Lowcountry and the Atlantic Ocean,
this is about as close to paradise as you can get. The pace
of life on Fripp Island leaves you with little time to do
anything more than walk our three and a half miles of secluded
white beach, tee it up on one of our two beautiful championship
golf courses or spend the day exploring our local waterways.
Our Fripp Island realtors cordially invite you to come and
visit one of the best guarded secrets in the country --
Fripp Island. We offer the finest of rental homes and villas,
and once you're here, you'll feel like you're home.
Fripp Island
has six pools located throughout the island. Whether you're
a baby or a Baby Boomer you can find the pool that is just
right for you. Our most popular poolside escape can be found
in our newest development, Ocean Creek. Ocean Creek includes
our acclaimed Davis Love III golf course, plus a $3 million
Cabana Club complex with stunning seaside poolscapes.
At our
10-court Racquet Club complex, we offer year-round play and
instruction on eight soft, Fast-Dry courts plus two hard surface
courts. Teams & Tourneys Our calendar includes
sanctioned spring and fall tournaments, a fall college invitational
showcasing nationally-ranked womens teams, regular tennis
socials, and just-for-fun mixers in winter.
Ask
about our team getaways packed with fun social activities,
drills, instruction and prizes. Fripp Island Tennis Club can
tailor a program to your interests.
This resort
offers three-and-one-half mile of private beach on the Atlantic
Ocean. Nine on-site eateries range from casual to formal,
with beachfront al fresco dining, clubhouse settings and family
friendly dining with water views. A poolside bar offers up
cocktails next to the resort's adults-only pool. Conferences
and special events are accommodated in a variety of indoor
and outdoor facilities overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and
salt marshes.
Two championship golf courses offer guests preferred green
fees and priority tee times, and tennis is available on eight
fast-dry clay courts or two hard courts. The marina, a full-service
facility on Old House Creek, provides wet and dry slips, gas,
fishing charters and fishing tournaments. Two children's pools
are provided, one offering a huge alligator slide and a frog
fountain. Camp Fripp, offered from Memorial Day to Labor Day,
includes programs such as crafts, nature trips, beach trips
and pool games for children ages three to 12 years.

Marina Services
Offers every service and convenience you could think of. The
staff will be happy to get your boat ready to go, using the
in-out ramp service. If you prefer to ready your own boat,
take advantage of the marina’s gasoline and diesel services,
as well as the pump-out station. Our knowledgeable staff can
offer docking assistance, or tell you about our boat
cleaning service.
If you are interested in leaving your boat at Fripp Island,
the marina has 65 convenient wet slips, and 120 dry slips
for long-term storage.
For everything else boat- and water-related, the Marina
Store is your destination. Here you will find restrooms and
showers, for those leaving or returning from a boat trip.
Make sure your boat is stocked with live and frozen bait,
tackle, sunscreen, ice and drinks, or pack your cooler with
sandwiches and salads from the deli.
Charter Services
Let’s not forget charter fishing! Choose offshore or inshore
fishing, accompanied by one of our experienced charter
guides. If you choose offshore fishing in the Gulf Stream,
chances are good you’ll catch sailfish, mahi-mahi,
barracuda, kingfish, marlin, wahoo, grouper or snapper. If
you prefer inshore fishing, the South Carolina coast is the
place for you. Trout, flounder, red drum, cobia, tarpon and
Spanish mackerel are plentiful around Fripp Island.
